El Budster Fishing Report

Fishing on the World Famous El Budster. Rick Prefling & Tom Prebil from Sacramento, CA combine to catch & release a 120 lbs. Striped Marlin. It was once again caught on a Black Bart Lure ( Blue / Black / Silver). So much for the day off. The fighting time was 25 minutes. They also caught a 30 lb. Dorado. On the El Budster II. David & Mary Helen Bowen have another fine day. They catch & release a 140 lb. Striped Marlin. It was also caught on a Black Bart Lure ( Petrolero ) . The fighting time was 25 minutes. They also caught a 20 lb. Dorado. All the fish were caught 12 to 14 miles out from Cabo. The water temp. remains at 80 degrees.

Fishing on the World Famous El Budster. The Buddy Gilmore party from Colorado Springs, CO has a fine day. They catch and release two Striped Marlin ( 100 & 120 lbs. ) . The first is caught on Mr. Reliable. That would be the Black Bart ( Petrolero ). The fighting time was 20 minutes. The second marlin was caught on a live Caballito. The fighting time was 35 minutes.
