Captain Keith from the Maximus called in with some updates: they have had great fishing and great weather recently! Calico and other Sea Bass as well as Halibut and Reds have been picking up. They have a 5 am-5 pm this coming Friday. If you would like to get on that trip give Captain Hook's a call at the landing at 805-382-6233.

We just got back from a 2 day trip chasing White Seabass south and did manage a couple hookups. We fished locally the last day, making 3 Halibut drifts and getting 4 to over 26 lbs.
