Salmon boats for the past week have been venturing north of the Gate toward Pt. Reyes for less than a fish per rod. Big fish of late has been a 28-pounder. Live bait pot-luck trips began Saturday and results have been limits of stripers to 15 pounds and a few halibut while working the Berkeley Flats. (510) 849-3333, 654-6040.
