JOIN RFA-NJ AT 3RD ANNUAL SSFFF FUNDRAISER
April 16th Dinner & Auction To Support Summer Flounder Science

On Friday, April 16, 2010 from 7 until 11 p.m., the Save The Summer Flounder Fishery Fund (SSFFF) will host their third annual fund-raising dinner and auction at the Crystal Point Yacht Club at 3900 River Road in Point Pleasant. The festivities begin with hors d'oeuvres served butler style, followed by a fantastic sit-down dinner with choice of boneless breast of capon, roast prime rib of beef or stuffed sole.

Tickets are just $75, which also includes appetizers and dessert platter to follow, with all proceeds going to support the ongoing efforts of the SSFFF in helping secure better statistical information on summer flounder along the coast, while also helping efforts to promote Rep. Frank Pallone's Flexibility in Rebuilding American Fisheries Act (HR 1584, with Senate version S1255 sponsored by Sen. Charles Schumer of New York).

Once again in 2010 as with the years prior, SSFFF volunteers have worked hard to put together an impressive array of top quality fishing tackle for prize giveaways and auctions. Click here to purchase tickets today, and be sure to bring a few extra dollars with you next Friday the 16th, and perhaps you'll be walking away with a portion of the thousands of dollars of fishing gear being raffled off to help support the SSFFF efforts.

Enjoy a great dinner, lively conversation, an amazing fishing raffle, and support efforts to improve our fluke fishery for the future!
