WON Bass Current Standings

3-27-2010
Rich Holland

The following is the points standings after the first two WON BASS Pro/Ams (Delta Invitational and Lake Havasue Invitational). Points based upon tournament points earned (100 pts for 1st Place, 99 pts for second place....etc. PLUS 25 points for all entries regardless of their finish. As you can see the race for Angler of the Year is wide open with four events to come. Note: The top 30 points holders from the North and South Division will qualify for the WON BASS Western Classic (TOC) in October. To clarify: those fishermen who are in the top 30 in both North and South Division will represent only one of the Divisions based upon their residence. Example: If for instance Dave Gliebe were to finish in the Top 30 in both North and South (as he probably will), he would represent only the North Division in qualifying for the TOC, as he lives in Stockton. In this case the fisherman in 31st place in the South would move into the "Top 30".

Don't forget : WON BASS SHASTA INVITATIONAL next week - you can still get in. Should be a good one.

"I managed to make the cut for the final day and weighed in more than 20 pounds for the tournament." What's surprising...... Read More
