One of the Ultra's most popular trips is the spring White Sea bass trips to Santa Catalina Island, San Clemente Island, and the Channel Islands. Ultra Has Good White Sea Bass Fishing & Some Yellowtail

The Ultra just called in their count for a 2 day charter fishing yesterday (Sunday) and today (Monday). They ended up with 16 white sea bass to 45 pounds, 5 yellowtail, and 160 calico bass for 8 anglers. Pretty good fishing with 15 of the white sea bass caught today.
