Fishing on the World Famous EL BUDSTER. Michael Kovach catches and releases a 130 lb. STRIPED MARLIN. It is caught on a live Pacific Mackerel. The fighting time was 45 minutes. It was caught 14 - 15 miles out from Cabo. The water temp. was 74 - 76 degrees.
