It has been a great week for the Pot of Gold with a bunch of new people getting on the top 25 list. The biggest of which was caught on Saturday by In Sik Kim and it weighed in at 10.7lbs. Dave Kiel is the Hot stick so far with 6 legal Halibut caught! There are only 3 spots left on the Top 25 before people start getting bumped off the list; the competition is heating up as we head into Week 4. There is a total of 8 weeks, so the  ? way mark is in site and there looks to be some really great fishing up ahead. The San Pedro Bait Co, has continued to provide very solid bait despite adverse conditions for them, which all the fishermen really appreciate. Captain Kevin Nguyen says that while they weigh-in 3-5 legal halibut, they catch 8-15 shorts each day! At LBSF the big squid are in the news. The landing has 2 boats on line every night to fish them.
