Fishing on the EL BUDSTER. Steve Winn from Mesa, AZ catches and releases a 120 lb. STRIPED MARLIN. It is caught trolling with a (blue - white - green) lure. The fighting time was 40 minutes. Fishing on the EL BUDSTER I. Robert Wilson from Seattle, WA catches and releases a 130 lb. STRIPED MARLIN. It is caught on a live Pacific Mackerel. The fighting time was 45 minutes. He also catches two 25 lb. DORADOS. Fishing on the EL BUDSTER II. The Dan Gibson party from El Paso, TX catches and releases two STRIPED MARLIN. ( 120 & 140 lbs.) Both were caught on live Pacific Mackerel. The fighting times were 40 & 45 minutes. Everything was caught on the 11-50 Reef. The water temp. was 74-75 degrees.

Back on the EL BUDSTER for his second day of fishing. Blaise Lavorgna catches & releases a 140 lb. STRIPED MARLIN. It is caught on a live Pacific Mackerel and takes about 45 minutes to get to the boat. It is caught at the Gordo Bank.Water temp. 74-75 degrees. They fish a little in shore and catch a 25 lb. Only the EL BUDSTER I goes out fishing today. They do not catch any fish. They see a number of STRIPED MARLIN. But are unable to get any of them to take the live Pacific Mackerel. The water temp. was 72-75 degrees. Better luck tomorrow....... Read More
