The Salmon bite was not hot today but there were a few fish caught near the Davenport area. The fish are scattered from Davenport up near Ano Nuevo in 200-300 feet of water. The scores ranged from 0-1 fish a boat but the fish that are coming in are still big. There were a few fish caught at 36'51/121'53 and a few at the tip of the Soquel Hole. The is a decent bite going on out of Halfmoon Bay so there may be fish a few miles above Ano Nuevo. The Rockcod bite was decent at Ano Nuevo with some good scores of quality fish. There were some good score of Rockcod near Blacks Point and also near the Lighthouse in 45-60 feet. There was one Halibut caught on a dead Anchovy near the Mile Buoy so you may want to try for them. The water was nice all day.
