We had a great day! Most of our fish were 60 pounds or bigger with Steven Zeng topping the day off with a 150 pound yellowfin tuna. The weather is great with the breeze at red kite/balloon stage.

11-9-2009It was a long, slow, drawn out day. The fish we did get are big, up to 221 pounds. Sometimes hunting big fish isn't always Calcutta flying and fish coming over the rail, sometimes you have to put in your time at the rail to get your shot at the big ones. We are visiting the lower banks in search of larger tuna. Today we didn\'t see any sign, of tuna that is. Later in the day we came across a wad of polypropylene rope attached to a few lobster floats. It was loaded with dorado, so we topped off our limits and then continued the search. The weather is good, warm with a nice breeze, not too hot....... Read More
