Congratulations to Robert Berdan. On Sunday, January 18th, Robert caught the first halibut in the 2009 Halibut Contest. The fish weighed in at 11.2 pounds and was caught on a 1/2 day trip on the Stardust out of Sea Landing in Santa Barbara. The Contest continues through the end of February.
