Fish Report for 4-29-2007

Royal Polaris has an excellent day at Hurricane Bank

Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone, well weather out at Hurricane bank is just beautiful. Flat seas, overcast skies, and just enough wind to keep the kites up with balloons. We arrived to Hurricane bank at 11:45 hours, and even though we were Wahoodad less, we weren't Wahoo less. We had an excellent day of Wahoo fishing, but the Yellowfin are playing hard to get. There is lots of sign out here, but just not catching yet. But with 8 full days left, I'm sure things will change. Also we would like to let the boss know, that there's Wahoo coming home.

Last night it took the flyers a while to come out, but once the moon was down, it was full speed ahead. So with a tank of Flying fish, we are hoping that or Yellowfin count will go up. Our passengers are having a great time, and they look forward to each day on the R/p, because there's always something new to make you laugh and just have a great time. So until tomorrow, wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our upcoming events.

The R/p crew.

The crew went through everyone's tackle today, to make sure everyone is ready to do battle with the giants of Hurricane....... Read More

Hello everyone, weather continues to be good, with overcast skies, flat seas, and cool days. We made a brief stop at Alijos Rocks. We caught a handful of Yellowfin in the 25 to 30 pound range, and a few Yellowtail in the 15 to 25 pound range. There was one small spot of fish in the shallows, but not enough for us to stay a full day. So we pulled our anchor and started heading southwest to Hurricane bank. We...... Read More
