Hello Anglers,
Today we found an area of dolphin, whales, birds, and bait....but no tuna. Then we ended up back at the bank for the afternoon, where there was a little bit of sign out in deep water away from the sharks. Immediately we hooked a big fish on the yummee flyer only to loose it just out of gaff reach. It was right around the 200lbs. mark. It didn't take long to hook a couple more on the kite. Finally at dark we had a little shot where we landed five tuna from 100-220lbs. The big fish honors go to Steve Rankin with his 220# that he caught on a puffer fish. We feel good about staying here tonight and it looks like the weather is coming down a bit.
