LARGE FISH KILL RECENTLY CAUSED BY OVERABUNDANCE OF CO2.

BUT

Reports from Ken's Sporting Goods are progressively more promising. Below the 182 bridge is fishing alright, but it's getting better the further downstream you go - Predominantly nymphing but dry-droppers and streamers may bring some luck.

Owens River - Section 3 - Upper (above Crowley): Today the Tricos were still going strong but the caddis activity had tapered off
Hot Creek: Reports from today indicate that the hatches are slowing down and the surface activity is slowing down too
Owens River - Lower: Flows are close to 600 and reports are fairly nonexistent
San Joaquin River-Middle Fork: Fishing has improved with a good mixture of hatches
