We spent the last couple days on the beach along the Baja coast targeting something different and exotic. Water along the coast this year has been far from ideal in terms of temperature and color. Definitely took some exploring to come across a stretch that was just oh so perfect. Once we did come across some good conditions we experienced absolutely wide open Calico Bass bite and epic Grouper fishing combined with warm air & gorgeous flat calm seas made it a perfect finish for our group of seasoned Royal Star all stars! Every great trip has its own special moments to distinguish it from other great trips, this one is no different. The signature of this particular trip was the pace and quality of the fishing. Fast past, all one's heart desired kind of fishing. Labor Day 2024 Seven day adventure comes to an end with another batch of great memories and fishing stories to rave about. We're headed home. Brian will be at the wheel for tomorrow's 4 day trip. Stay tuned for reports that I'm sure will be epic.
