Great fishing right now! Bluefin Tuna are within 50 to 60 miles. All of them ranging from 50lb to 180lbs! Heavy loss due to light gear. You must have a rail rod, a mininum 100lb line! You can always rent with us. We cannot stress this enough to bring the right set up for the BIG BLUEFIN TUNA!

If you plan on going on a Full Day trip or longer make sure you have a 40# or 50# flyline outfit and a 80# outfit for jigs or a sinker rig. Also make sure you have 10 to 16oz sinkers and 120 to 400 gram knife jigs or Midnight Riders aka Tuna bombs.

The Dolphin PM trip had 32 red rockfish(limits) 30 assorted rockfish, 1 sheephead, 4 sculpoin, and 4 white fish for 16 anglers.

The Liberty full day trip caught 3 bluefin tuna and 22 bonito for 17 anglers.

The Dolphin AM trip caught 71 mixed rockfish , 22 vermillion red rockfish, 2 sheepshead, 2 whitefish, and 2 sandbass for 50 anglers.

The Pacific Queen called in with 5 bluefin (80lbs.) so far on their  2 day trip

The Liberty just called in with 2 bluefin 50lbs/ with more hanging for 17 anglers. They also report seeing heaver fish and advisr to bring heavy gear.

The Pacific Dawn is returning this morning with 15 Bluefin Tuna (80-150lbs.) for 17 anglers on a 2 day trip. 

The Islander is up to 27 Bluefin Tuna (16@ 100 to 130 lbs.) for 16 anglers on day 2 of a 3 day. 

The Condor is up to 11 Bluefin Tuna (50-150lbs) for 13 anglers on day 2 of a 3 day trip. 

The Pegasus returned with 1 Bluefin Tuna (80 lbs) for 19 anglers on a 1.5 day trip.
