Calling ALL anglers on Detroit Lake...I am asking for your help to help us and our fishery on Detroit and other lakes. We are headed for the fight of our lives to maintain and be good stewards of our lakes and rivers for fishing !!!!! In order to help KPO ( Kokanee Power of Oregon) ODFW and other support organizations, we need ALL anglers to record all your catches and releases of all fish speicies on Detroit Lake. The KPO website has a very simple form to document your catches. Go to the report catches drop down window and fill in the boxes. I know many of you have mistrust with many government agencies, however, there organizations such as ODFW in partnership with KPO, CCA and Steelheaders and other smaller fishing groups whom are trying their best to combat the horrors of our fisheries. I'm not trying to be political, but we need to step up and help where ever we can as individuals. So PLEASE help document your catches on Detroit Lake and other kokanee lakes.
