The Crooked river has been fishing fair. Nymphing has been consistent with zebra midges, rainbow warriors, two-bits and eggs. Having some BWO’s in your box incase you find yourself in the right place at the right time is a good idea. We prefer dry-dropper setups to indicator setups on the crooked for a more subtle presentation in the winter flows.
