Things up on Fall River are slowing down quite bit as it is cooling off as we head into Fall. There are still many small fish that will grow over the winter which should put this destination on your calendar for next year. Callibaetis are coming off in most reaches, think size #18 or smaller. Otherwise, midges and Blue Wing Olives are the staple offering right now. You can get onto some large fish in the deep cutbanks on the bends stripping leeches/
Hot Flies: TB Drowned Rusty Spinner, PMD's, Norman's Wiggletails, Pheasant Tails, Mercer's Missing Link, Zug Bugs, and Leeches.
