Big Hungry
The New Lo-An called in with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna for day two of their three day trip. Check back later for a final report...
The Oceanside 95 came back from their 1.5 day trip with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna, 14 Yellowfin Tuna and 1 Dorado.
The Success came back from a 3.5 day trip with LIMITS (60) Bluefin Tuna, 30 Yellowfin Tuna, and 1 Dorado for their 10 Anglers.
The El Capitan returned this morning from a 1.5 day trip with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (28) and 12 Yellowfin Tuna for their 14 Anglers.

Upcoming trips
The Point Loma added a full day offshore trip for 9/29. Trip price is $240 and includes the mexican permit. The boat departs at 6 am and returns at 6pm (arrival time could be later). Please arrive at least 1 hour before departure. No passport or passport card needed. (BOOK HERE)

Recommended tackle for any of these trips would include a 30# live bait rod, 50# bait/jig rod and a heavy outfit with 80# or 100# for sinker rigs / knife jigs.

Local Trips:
The Daily Double offers ½ day trips departing every day at 8:30 AM. They have been fishing in the local kelp beds for Bass, Barracuda and Rockfish. Call our office at (619) 223-1627 to book your reservation. (Schedule)
The Mission Belle has full day trips scheduled to fish offshore for Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail and Dorado. Trips depart at 6:00 AM. NO PASSPORT required for this trip. (Schedule)

FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS
If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return to the dock.
