The wind settled down today but there is a swell building. The fishing remained the same today with a few fish being caught from the anglers who worked from Soquel Hole to Pajaro. The scores ranged from 0-1 fish in that area for the few anglers who fished today. I did not get any reports of anglers trying near Davenport. The best report came from 2 anglers who caught their limits in the mid morning near Point Joe. The anglers were using Krippled Anchovies down 135 feet in 220-245 feet of water. The numbers were 36'38/121'58. I did not get many reports today due to lack of anglers on the water. There is Live Bait available on S Dock from Bocci Boy. It may be time to start trying for Halibut after the swell drops.
