Chris Yamada's 3 day adventure is starting on a high note. With larger grade Bluefin in mind we make the run West. Just shortly before dinner we arrived on scene and it did not take long to get the party started. Sundowner drift on beautiful grade(80-100 lbs) Bluefin on a flyline sardine. Incredible sign in the late hours of the day gave us confidence of the potential the night fishing could bring. And boy, we were not wrong. Action pack night on 100 lb class tuna all night long to fill our daily quota. I'd say that's a strong start.
