A nice start along the coast wrangling yellows to our heart’s content. Though the majority were below the size average we care to start a trip on, and were accordingly released, we had a full afternoon and evening of yankin’ and crankin’ selecting the better grade fish among their brethren. In the end it made for a nice score and satisfying start. Now on to bigger and better things. Still coastal tomorrow we’ll be scouting spots on the way south in search of better grade yellows and quality yellowfin tuna.
