Todays fishing was a little bit slower as far as numbers go, but we made up for that with quality. We saw far more fifty and sixty pound yellowfin come over the rail today, with a few pushing the seventy pound mark. Yesterday in the afternoon I saw a spot of this size fish off the edge blowing out on flyers, it seems today that we got a piece of the action from them. The yellowtail continued to bite, with more twenty-five to thirty-five pound fish showing, most of these are comeing on the fly lined sardine. You know its under these circumstances that we see really big yellows landed, like the 70+lbers., just out of the blue someone will hook a big yellow,,,,maybe tomorrow.
