The Bluefin are starting to bite again and we have many trips with light loads and many of them are Definite Go.
The weather looks amazing with week, so this is your chance to get on the boats with light loads and few tangles.

Tackle Recommendations from the Boats for Bluefin trips.

For day time fishing, they are recommending a 30lb flyline with #2 Owner Mutu Hook. For the guys that want to fish a jig, try a 100 or 130 Colt Sniper or Zakana jigs. We would recommend fishing the jigs on a 50 to 60lb outfit.

For night time fishing, we are still recommending 80 to 100lb outfits and 300 to 400 grams jigs with 130 to 200lb leaders.

The Liberty caught 25 Bluefin Tuna (25-70lbs) and 1 Yellowfin Tuna for 23 Anglers on their full day trip.

The Dolphin Am trip caught limits(190) of Rockfish for 19 Anglers 

The Pacific Queen just called in with LIMITS (68) of Bluefin Tuna (20-90 lbs) for their 34 Anglers on their1.5 day trip. 

The Islander returned this morning with LIMITS (56) of Bluefin Tuna (40 to 100 lbs.) for 28 anglers on a 1.5 day trip. 

The Condor returned 47 (up to 100 lbs.) Bluefin Tuna for 21 anglers on a 2 day trip.

The Dolphin 1/2 PM trip caught 53 rockfish and 1 sandbass for a private charter.

The Dolphin 1/2 AM trip caught LIMITS of Rockfish (220) for 22 anglers.

The Pacific Queen returned this morning with 62 Bluefin Tuna (21 @ 120 - 170 lbs.) for 16 anglers on a 3 day charter.
