Fishermans Landing Staff
Boats fishing on 1.5 trips and longer are starting to see and catch a few bigger Bluefin up to 150 pounds. They are being caught on knife jigs, sinker rigs and the sinker jig (Eddie Bomb). The daytime fish are being caught on flyline and 100 to 150 gram Colt Sniper and Zakana jigs. We have Full day to 3 day trips fishing offshore for Bluefin tuna and Yellowtail.
The Dolphin AM half day trips are fishing deep, for Rockfish and reds, so be prepared with 16 oz sinkers. During the PM trip weather will determine if they go deep or stay in shallow.

The Dolphin AM trip caught 91 Rockfish and 1 Lingcod for 15 anglers.
The Dolphin PM trip caught 29 Sandbass, 21 Sculpin, 20 Rockfish and 5 Calico Bass for 14 anglers.
The Pegasus caught 62 Yellowtail and 7 Bonito on their Full Day Offshore private charter for 17 anglers.
The Liberty called in with 106 Yellowtail and 10 Bonito for 28 anglers on their full day trip.
The Pegasus returned this morning with LIMITS (75) of Yellowtail and 2 Bluefin Tuna for 15 anglers on their 1.5 day trip.

The Dolphin AM trip caught 92 Rockfish for 23 anglers.
The Dolphin PM trip caught 196 Rockfish for 21 anglers.
We want to urge all customers that are fishing with us this year to please make your FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS as soon as you book your fishing trip. If you DO NOT HAVE A FISH PROCESSING RESERVATION when you get back to the dock there is a chance they will not be able to process your fish. Most boats will be preparded to fillet your fish for a fee, should you be unable to get fish processing reservation.
