We continue to get ready for opener. We are beginning to get supplies delivered, it's exciting. The weather has remained warm and it is easy to drive to Parchers Resort and I snowmobiled to South Lake and there is very little snow on the road. The lake is beginning to show blue ice spots so I would bet ice fishing will be out for the opener. The fishing should be great with open water and Parchers is trying to have boats out if it is ice free. The creek is very open for access so there will be lots of area to fish. Calif Dept of Fish & Game is reporting lots of fish for the season.
