There was a CARB meeting today to discuss the "final rule" for Harbor Craft. I attended - but Ken Franke, SAC's lawyer, SCS Engineering and a program management firm hired by SAC will be instrumental in breaking it all down for us.
   SAC is trying to get the most inclusive list possible of SAC/GGFA members who are (or may in the future) want to apply for funding for a tier 3 (or better) re-power... this is a preliminary first step, but a critical step.
  This is ONLY for GGFA & SAC members... I think I have all board members here, but we need to get this out to ALL member vessel owners & encourage everyone to get on the list by submitting their simple, basic info to this group...
    We have a large group of vessels, and that is very attractive to CARB when considering where to allocate funds.
   While everyone should also still consider going after Carl Moyer at this point, this new funding has great potential for us in the near future.
