Fish Report for 11-11-2022

The bite finally showed signs of slowing down

Nacimiento remained at 17 percent of capacity with decent fishing. The bite finally showed signs of slowing down, and anglers had to figure out the new late fall pattern. Many of the spotted bass moved off shore, and anglers went after them in deeper water with finesse baits and underspins. Deep diving crankbaits have been a good option as well. White bass fell for trolled spoons, inline spinners, and white swimbaits. Bass anglers reported white bass as by-catch biting anything that looked like a shad. Catfish anglers used cut sardines, mackerel, and chicken liver to land whisker fish.
