The Fall river continues to fish well

10-28-2022
Fly and Field Outfitters

The Fall river continues to fish well. Healthy stockings before winter means there are lots of fish in the river and they are spread out. It may pay off to check out some spots you haven’t before. Jimmy legs, eggs, and perdigons have been some of our recent favorites for nymphing. Stripping buggers around some of the downed timber is a good way to try and get some of the larger fish to eat.
