Day 9 fishing

10-9-2022
Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone, today was a day of fun in the sun and pulling and tugging. We pulle on lots of fish today.
We caught Calico bass, Bonita, Barracuda, Golden Spotted Sand Bass, Yellowtail, just to name a few.
The Bonita, and most of the Barracuda were released back to the ocean.
Weather was foggy in the morning, but by lunch time it warmed up to a very nice day.
We have some information on a few kelps out to the west, as we still have a few passengers that need a couple to fill out there limit. So once that’s done, we are headed for home.
The next trip is our annual limited load (20 passengers) trip, and Frank will be at the helm, with Traven as his second. The rest of the crew will be Brian, Tommie, Eddie, Dave, Doug, and your truly Big D.
So with that note, I will close for now, until Tuesday, good luck and good fishing.

Roy gave a seminar on Yellowtail fishing on how to, what to. We are hoping to find some biting fish. So that’s all for today. Until tomorrow wish us luck. Team R/p “BeNt RoDs 4 LiFe” ...... Read More
