A nice run south slow walking progress to allow yet another tropical cyclone time to wane. "'Tis the season". Practicing my old salt rule of thumb we'll fish the beach for a day focusing on yellows and variety before venturing to the southern end of our voyage. Meanwhile a beautiful ride down and quick afternoon stop for a few handfuls of dandy yellowtail set us in the right frame of mind. Today's image features first time Royal Star angler Anna Campbell and her beautiful, 30 pound class yellowtail picked off on the tried and true dropper loop rig. Look for reports and images to follow as this eight day run unfolds.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4764 to get in on the action.
