On our way watching the weather close as we embark upon the annual Labor Day run. Seven days of fishing adventure awaits this group of seasoned anglers, most of whom are long time fixtures on this voyage. We are blessed and grateful for it. Timing our moves based on some rather dubious pending weather below. We will likely take a stab at some yellows along the coast before hightailing it back north with a close eye on the rear view mirror. At this time of the season it comes with the territory. Far from Pilgrims in this arena no matter what the fishing prospects safety comes first. Prudent seamanship is the result of many years experience. Both Captain Randy Toussaint and I are on this voyage throwing our collective nigh 70 years of long range fishing experience into the decision making. Reports and images will follow. Photo today is a grab from a few trips prior. Long time friend and Royal Star veteran John Strock does the honors with his beautiful Pacific Bluefin Tuna

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4764 to get in on the action.
