Cooper Creek Reservoir Fishing Report

8-24-2022
OR Department of Fish & Wildlife Staff

No new reports have come in from Cooper Creek. Trout fishing has likely slowed down and anglers may have better success targeting other species. However, you might still catch trout in the cooler, early hours.

Beginning in 2016, Cooper has been stocked with coho and Chinook salmon juveniles. These are often mistaken for kokanee. Anglers may retain up to 5 salmon juveniles in the reservoir as part of their daily trout bag limit. Please remember to release salmon and trout less than 8 inches
