What a great day on Detroit Lake today. It is always a pleasure to have Bud and his grandson Hunter on the boat. We landed some beauties and fatties today. Many hit hard some hit soft. At the end of the day we managed to put 15 nice size kokanee in the box and even caught a few next year fish. Looks like next season we will have remarkable kokanee. Bud, thank you both, you're amazing and a lot of fun.

Today the gear were of course the Santiam rods !!! Kokaneekid pink twisted hoochies and PP&E lures did the trick. Of course you will have to fish with me for me to reveal my pink candy I have created to catch Koks with...All my dodger have been the Arrow fast gold. Sorry I only could show off our catch in my box, I forgot my bragging towel!!!!
