2 trips at Stampede today
8-18-2022
James Netzel
2 trips at Stampede today. Morning trip was non stop action with multiple doubles and triples. No quads. Second trip clients didn’t care about color and wanted big fish for the smoker so we went in search of some large mature kokanee. Found em in Davies arm but had some lightening in the distance headed our way so we pulled outta there and finished up in open water. Included a picture of a darker fish. Absolutely perfect meat!!! Actually the darkest koksnee had the reddest meat. Did have 1 female dark fish that had whiter meat.
Paulina Peak Tackle clown, pink lemonade, and CottonCandy UV were tops but got some on the watermelon Tahoe Kokanee crack spinner too.
Depth was 80’-100’ otw, speed was 1.2 SOG, single piece of corn on each hook.
Have Saturday open. Call me at 888-975-0999 or book online at www.FishTightLines.com
