Fishing not recommended due to extensive drought and fire in most of the river corridor.
Fishing below the Sycan Marsh is not recommended at this time as most of the river was dry this summer. Flows are high (93 cfs) near the mouth

for Wednesday, July 6th, 2022John Day River: Conditions for bass and catfish fishing are improving
Wallowa Lake : There are some nice kokanee available this year
Wallowa River: Flows have been steadily dropping on the Wallowa River
Crane Prairie Reservoir: After a slow start, anglers are reporting that fishing is improving
Crooked River: The Crooked River is flowing at 208 cfs below Bowman Dam
Ochoco Reservoir: The reservoir is very low at 24 percent

Howard Prairie Reservoir: Anglers are still catching trout up at Howard Prairie
Lemolo Lake: Trout fishing should be good at Lemolo
Rogue River- Lower: Anglers have been picking up a few Chinook in the bay
Rogue River- Upper: Chinook fishing is in full swing in the upper river
Umpqua River: Some anglers will start fishing the bay for Chinook
North Umpqua River: Summer steelhead season is going well
South Umpqua River : Bass fishing seems to be good on the South
