Sunrise Sportfishing
Howdy y'all, it's Trejan on the Sunrise. Today we had a 6:30 fishing trip with 16 passengers. We left the harbor and headed north to lay our pots. After doing so, we continued further north towards our first fishing spot. On our first drift, we caught 2 fish. On our second, we caught 0, and 2 on our third. We continued to catch 0-3 fish each drift, until we caught 12 on our 6th drift. During this time, we caught numerous Lingcod of various lengths. The same patterns of catching a few fish every drift continued throughout the rest of the trip. After time was up for fishing, we had to go crabbing. After crabbing, we wrapped up our trip by heading back into the harbor. We ended the trip with 47 rockfish, 10 lingcod, and over a crab per person. Overall, it was a great day to go fishing.

These animals are imprressive no matter the size and we would love to take you on the water to view them up close....... Read More
