Tradewinds Crew

The Sunrise ventured to the Rockfish Reefs this morning and came back with Limits of Rockfish for everyone on board. We are continuing to get a nice grade of Rockfish every day. The Kadaho traveled out to the Halibut grounds and had a very exciting day of fishing. Everyone came home with their limit of Halibut.  Captain Roman even threw a hook out today and brought in a huge salmon shark!  The salmon shark is a species of mackerel shark found commonly in the northern Pacific ocean. As an apex predator, the salmon shark feeds on salmon, squid, sablefish, and herring.  The shark was no match for captain Roman and with the help of Deckhand Roland and some of our amazing customers they were able to bring the giant monster on board. It was certainly an exciting day of fishing at Tradewinds. One of the most exciting things about fishing in the ocean is that you never know what you're going to bring up.
