The Tribute called in earlier from their 15 Day trip with 15 Bluefin, one of which weighs 256 pounds! Captain Tyler reported there were a lot of casualties today and recommended fishing nothing smaller than 80# line and a 4-6 ounce sinker.
The San Diego had a good day chasing the Bluefin ending with 23 fish weighing from 80-190 pounds and 5 Yellowtail for their 32 anglers. Captain Ryan said the sinker rig was working best for them today and to have a minimum of 80# line.
The Polaris Supreme returned from a 2 Day this morning with 40 Bluefin, 37 of which between 100-225lbs! Don't forget that heavy gear at home!
The Pacifica's Overnight trip tomorrow is a definite run. They have plenty of availability so grab your spot and bag one of these jumbo Bluefin!
We are now running Twilight trips Wednesday through Sunday on the New Seaforth! The Twilight trip time is from 6:00pm-10:30pm and the ticket price is $60 for adults and $55 for juniors, seniors and active military. We also offer a re-ride ticket for $40 if you went on the AM or PM Half Day.
