Seaforth Staff
The San Diego wrapped up their Full Day trip with 43 Yellowtail for their 34 anglers. They did have a shot at some big Bluefin today but were unable to land the few fish they connected with. Captain Ryan recommends having a 25/30# outfit for fishing the paddies and also having a 60# rig with some 80-100# leader to prevent those big Bluefin from chewing through your leader. The San Diego has a couple spots open for tomorrow and Friday's trip so don't miss your chance to grab them before they are gone!
The New Seaforth had another good day of local fishing with 15 Calico Bass and 30 released, 1 Yellowtail and 1 Halibut for their 22 anglers! We have the PM Half Day running tomorrow with plenty of availability.
The Polaris Supreme returned this morning from a 1.5 Day trip with 22 Bluefin for their 24 anglers. Although the fishing was tough they were able to make a day out of it and had some great fish weighing up to 180 pounds. They departed earlier today on a 3 Day trip so stay tuned for updates.
