Howdy y'all! It's Trejan again on the Sunrise. Today we left the harbor at 6:30 and went north to set our crab pots. After traveling about 20 minutes, we layed our crab pots along the beach. After setting our pots, we traveled another 15 minutes north until we got to our first fishing spot. We had a great first drift where we caught 10 rockfish. We the got 7 fish on our second drift and 5 on our third. Fishing continued to being great and we limited out in a little over 2 hours. We then went Lingcod fishing for about an hour and a half. During that time, we caught a really nice 32 inch Lingcod and a couple of Cabezon that we had to release. After we went Lingcod fishing, we headed back south to go crabbing before our trip ended. After crabbing, we headed back to the harbor with limits of rockfish for everyone. Overall, it's was a good day for fishing and a great day to be on the Sunrise.
