Pyramid Lake remained near 90 percent of capacity, and water temperatures were in the low to mid-sixties. Bass anglers reported improved fishing with many bass cruising the shorelines for the spawn. Texas rigged six-inch worms, Ned rigs, Carolina rigs, and Senkos worked from 5 to 25 feet deep. Many of the bass remained tight to bluff walls, and a few anglers reported a morning crankbait bite. Striper ate cut sardines and anchovies in the Marina and at Yellowbar. Anglers trolled umbrella rigs, Kastmasters, and jerkbaits for some action too. Catfish went for dip bait, chicken liver, and cut sardines or anchovies throughout the lake.
