Lahontan State Recreation Area
Wiper/ White Bass: These fish are becoming more catchable. Most are reported in the narrows near the Dam. A 22 pounder was recently caught! Try white or shiny lures.
Catfish: Starting to pop up in deeper waters. Try getting near the dam with cut bait and worms.
Walleye: No Report
Carp: Out in full force! They put up a good fight and are easy to catch. Try corn or worms!

Lahontan ReservoirWiper/White Bass- Wiper and White Bass have been showing up sporadically along the beaches. As the water temperature increase, so will the activity of these fish. Try using white or shiny lures. Catfish- No report Walleye- Walleye have been caught sporadically near the dam and along rocky shorelines Carp- Carp are starting to become active with increased water temperatures.
