Royal Polaris - Mahi Madness

10-16-2009
Royal Polaris Crew

Hello Everyone, Our morning started out a bit on the slow side today. We were only able to scratch a few smaller grade 20-40lb Yellowfin till after lunch. But in the early afternoon we found a dead whale that was absolutely corroded with Dorado. This was as fast as it gets mahi action. They swarmed the entire boat eating anything and everything that hit the water. Everyone caught plenty and had a great time catching these beautiful fish. Our weather was gorgeous today with very little wind and hot sunny skies. Tomorrow we will be in a new area looking for more tuna and hopefully a few Wahoo as well. Wish us luck. R/P CREW

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.

We are now headed for home, depending on our speed and weather, we might try our luck at some Red Rock cod. This was the start of our fall season, and with...... Read More
