Pedro Pangas Fish Report

10-15-2009
Pete Hills

This fish report is from Pete Hillis, reporting out of Pedro's Pangas, San Quintin, Baja Mexico for the week ending 10/15/09.

Well much of the storm that hit everywhere else missed our little fishing community. As of today, the seas were calm although the temperatures were going down just a bit - high 60's to low 70's. The surface action has dropped off just a bit but the bottom fishing remains hot. Our local spots, 6 fathom, the 240 spot, and the 15 fathom are still producing the best catches. Nice reds and lings which make the long haul up worth the effort!
