Great Salmon Fishing Continues

Today we went out to yesterday's hotspot and landed a few fish to start. However the bite died down and the signs weren't there, so we put the gear back on the boat and went searching. Around noon we found what we were looking for – 23 king salmon to 20lbs for our group of 13. We know where we're heading tomorrow, and we still have plenty of room for this week's salmon trips. Couldn't have asked for nicer weather today, and the fishing was pretty nice, too. Queen of Hearts ended the day with 14 salmon for 15 anglers to 16 pounds fishing south of the harbor. Reel Screamer ended up with 3 salmon from 10 to 14 pounds for its four anglers with many more than won their way to freedom. ...... Read More
