The river is running high and is not very clear. Alpine County is scheduled to plant the rivers next week. The CDFW is scheduled to plant the rivers with catchable rainbows this week.The river is open to catch and release, lures and flies only with barbless hooks until April 30th. West Carson River (CA): The flows are fucuting daily with the snow melt
East Carson River (CA): The flows are fluctuating daily, the clarity is also changing on a daily basis
Indian Creek Reservoir: The lake level is good and the fishing has been good to fair for small rainbows
Topaz Lake: The lake has leveled off from going up or down over the last week
