James Netzel
Never miss an opportunity to fish in the forecasted rain. Well, maybe it rained .01”. Had 2 cancellations today because threat of rain. They really missed a spectacular morning of fishing. Clients were happy at 10am so we called it after 4 hrs. Not very many shakers but everything in the picture is 4 pounds and up. Rattletraps early, then deep divers, back to rattletraps, then deep divers again. Orange crawfish was top color for rattletraps, while silver/black YoZuri with a black tail for deep divers. Overcast days is when it’s time to pull out the black tails.
Saturday is forecasted to rain too. Got 2 openings as a couple backed out. Like I said earlier, NEVER MISS AN OPPORTUNITY TO FISH IN THE RAIN.
